Altitude 680 The village is mentioned for the first time in two golden bulls Stefan Dusan kept in files at the monastery Treskavec near Prilep. Seengrafa the 1343-44 and 1344-45, refers to the village with the name Vlach Klbasnicu. In the west of the village on a hilltop was a nomadic Vlach path. The separatists killed in June 1905 the elders of the village Thanasis Bekiari [bn 361]. The Kampasnitsa used as the basis for the Greek teams captains Paul Rakoviti from Craterus and Peter Christou [DIS, 254 and 287]. Formerly the main occupation residents were growing wheat, and even today remains a farming village. Many residents fled in the 1950 and 1960, seeking a better life and went to the U.S., Canada and Australia.
